Uncover. Illuminate. Transform.

Heal from the inside out.

You are a strong, capable BADASS.

A person who has powered through every obstacle and endured the pain. You’ve carried on for years – through sheer determination, some unknown resilience, or by putting your pain in a box.

But, you’ve hit a wall.

You’re not getting by with the same survival skills anymore. Inside, that pain box is bursting open, and you’re terrified of what could be in there. You’re confused why you’re reacting the way you are to things, and WHY NOW? You’re no longer sure how to get where you want to go.

Let’s dig deeper.

When you were a child, the adults in your life DEFINITELY didn’t know how to help you with your feelings. You may have been told that you were too much, too sensitive, too emotional. The way people responded to your vulnerability and naïveté left you exposed, neglected, or betrayed. But also, you’ve questioned if you’re overreacting or mischaracterizing your memories. One thing you are certain of is that you DO NOT want to go through life the way your family members have.

How did you survive?

I’ll bet you had to figure a lot of shit out on your own. You learned to stuff those feelings down, to numb them, to mask any sign of distress. You learned not to trust people with your vulnerability. Maybe you’ve had to take on certain roles to protect yourself – the golden child, the people pleaser, the fiercely independent. Abandoning yourself to make others feel more comfortable might even be a reflex at this point.

What’s been left to fester?

Most of us gloss over the depths of our suffering for the sake of keeping going. But the loneliness, the hurt, and that tender and scared inner child remain under the surface. It gets confusing – why do I feel so empty? So full of guilt for something unknown? Why am I CERTAIN deep down there is something wrong with me? Carrying on with the status quo only works for so long. It’s time to stop hiding and address the roots of your struggle.

You don’t have to do this alone.

Stop abandoning yourself, and let’s work together to re-examine your life and relationships and shift your mindset. You’re not a broken person or “damaged goods.” This is an opportunity for you to understand your humanness, have better communication skills, healthier connections, and a stronger framework to build a more fulfilling adulthood. The potential for you to feel more whole than ever and to inhabit your most authentic self is within you.
